I usually begin the wreath making course with a talk about the theme- i.e- gnomes, nativity, advent, etc. For beginners who have never dry felted, I begin with a picture, just to introduce the technique and then we will begin on the wreath.
The format is talk-picture-making wreath-lunch-making figures. It is fine to finish at home, the most important thing is to be inspired to beautify your home with meaningful art pieces that have a context and warmth.
